After being diagnosed with PCOS I was put on pills and tested 2 months later, levels successfully went down, but not good enough so added another pill, 2 months later the levels went above the original numbers, and when I advocated for myself on the phone consult, not only was I told "i don't know why" i wasn't given any new solutions. Being upset, I asked if it were possible there was another cause for these high levels - "No, this is what you have, end of story" Dr. proceeded to tell me I was arguing and I should go elsewhere, but I wouldn't have luck because he's the best. He was arrogant, lacked empathy, and downright unprofessional. As someone who is dealing with people's future and a very sensitive, emotional journey for women, the dr hung up the phone on me and left me sobbing in disbelief that a medical professional could down right mean. Dr. Brian Berger only wants to deal with you if he can have a successful mark on his record. HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT AT ALL!

Dr. Berger is incredibly kind and compassionate. He matches this with a brilliant mind and and a unique ability to communicate clearly with his patients. We have heard from other patients and doctors that he treats many of the physicians throughout New England and it is easy to understand why -- he is simply the best!

Dr. Berger is fantastic, he is clear, concise, and understanding of how delicate the situation can be. His entire team and everyone I came in contact with at the Quincy location was amazing. He answered all of our questions and I felt that everyone at Boston IVF knew what they were doing. Our issue was due to my husbands count and he was very compassionate which I could tell made my husband feel better. We got lucky and our second IUI worked, and I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant. An excellent Dr.

Dr. Berger is a professional salesman. We were impressed with him at the first meeting, but it went downhill from there. Nurses run the shop. He simply disappears and is completely unreachable. He is a master at making false promises, overselling himself and is very aggressive in treatment (sometimes at your peril). Boston IVF is a fertility factory. IVF is expensive and emotionally consuming. Remember, Bos has have plenty of other options. Demand to be treated like a person. Go elsewhere.

After he diagnosed me with PCOS he said confidently that we would be pregnant with little difficulty through IVF. This was far from the truth. We did a total of 5 transfers- no baby. He repeatedly told us that everything went perfectly but it just didn't work and we needed to keep trying. We left and switch to Dr. Ginsburg at Brigham. Got pregnant on our first cycle with Brigham and now have an 18 month old daughter. Boston IVF and Berger are corporate, uncaring and didn't get the job done.

Our first meeting with Dr. Berger, we were very impressed. He seemed to listen. Our first cycle ended in miscarriage and the nurse called and was deeply sympathetic. Dr. Berger didn't even reach out to us. I believe BIVF is a money grubbing machine. After our first meeting, he disappeared and we we weren't allowed access to him. The nurses really run the cycle from start to finish. Dr Berger is a salesman!! We switched to Shadygrove and feel that we are being treated so much better.

I highly recommend Doctor Brian Berger, he is the best in his field and an absolute miracle worker! His office staff and his nurses are amazing and super informative! The office is beautiful, very nice set up! They also offer coffee and water while waiting in the waiting area as well as a flat screen television and magazines.
