This is From the heart,A Angel came to town when Dr Baumgartner arrived...........My husband Jimmy and I had seen several Dr’s I mean, ears nose and throat , primaries ,Infectious disease,no one had the right answers 22 different prescriptions of anabiotic‘s several different nasal spray‘s ,4 surgeries only to see the angel from California and all the symptoms are gone and we didn’t have to go to the Mayo Clinic, I have no answer ,no rhyme no reason except an angel came from California Dr. Brian Bumgarner, thank you Dr. Bumgarner..........

My experience was a very positive one and I chose this doctor based on reviews of friends who had also seen him. I had some really bad sinus problems and he was able to help me tremendously and explained everything and seemed to take the time that many doctor's don't take. I had been to other ENTs before and he was by far the best and would highly recommend him. I am doing great!

I don't feel as though Dr. Baumgartner treated me as he would treat one of his own family members, as he says online. My experiences with him today was, I'd say was mediocre. I've got medi-cal, and appeared to me as though he was treating me according to my health coverage. I've worked in the industry and I know that medi-cal patients are scheduled on certain days, so the doctor knows. He listened, but he also seemed to be waiting until I was finished. He's not a 5 star doctor.

This physician is the only ENT in Paradise.Given my experience with he and his staff, I will make the trip to Chico to see an ENT.This Feather River Hospital affiliated practice did not successfully communicate with FRH Home Oxygen which affected my care.I found this physician conventional, diffident and hackneyed If it isn't in a medical book or something he's seen over and over, he seemed stumped or unwilling to explore imaginative alternatives.Maybe that's because he's the only ENT in town.
