Craniotomy
Dr Simpson literally saved my husbands life. He had a severe brain injury that was being treated by another neurosurgeon at a hospital in San Antonio. I decided to change hospitals and Doctors under the advice of his neurologist who introduced me to Dr Simpson who admitted him that day to have a second craniotomy at St David’s South Austin . Dr Simpson never gave up on him. He continued to fight for him.. we would get over one hurdle and then were faced with another and another. He bounced from hospital to a rehab facility for 18 months until I could finally bring him home.It was a long journey but our faith in Dr Simpson NEVER waiverd. He not only took care of my husband … he took care of me and my children and gave us comfort and strength to not have to walk this journey alone. He was with us every step of the way and still continues to support when we need him. St David’s South Hospital is extremely lucky to have a neurosurgeon as talented and compassionate as Dr Bret Simpson.

ON DECEMBER THE 20TH MY HUSBAND PUT HIS TRUST IN DR SIMPSON TO HELP HIM WITH REPAIR OF HIS CERVICAL SPINE AREA. AFTER MANY YEARS OF DOCTORS AND PAIN. NO ONLY QUICK BUT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE WHOLE PROCEDURE. FAST RECOVERY FOR MY HUSBAND. WALKING THAT NIGHT AT THE HOSPITAL. THANKS DR SIMPSON FOR BEING A PART OF OUR LIFE . I WOULD DEFINITELY BE REFERRING HIM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
