Amazing doctor!
Dr. Brett Sachs is without a doubt one of the best doctors that I have ever been to! His bedside manner and professionalism is excellent. He is attentive, calm and caring. I needed to have surgery on my ankle and Dr. Sachs made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My ankle feels so much better! I highly recommend him.

Worst care ever! Arrogant, mean, and belittling.
Brett Sachs -- Worst care ever! Horrible bed-side manner. Arrogant, mean, rude, belittling. Avoid at all costs!! Doctor there gives me 3 options, says 2 aren't good for me. Says 1 will offer relief for 5-10 years, but doesn't 'cure the arthritis', that 'arthritis is uncureable'. I say "I understand, I'm content on the surgery option, know its not a cure, imperfect, and temporary pain relief...' I'm trying to formulate an imperfect plan to care for my imperfect deteriorating body and he keeps interrupting me aggressively and bludgeoning me with 'BUT! you won't be curing the underlying issue' ... I continue to tell him "I understand. Its not curable. I'm content with the 'imperfect, temporary alleviation' of pain by surgery". He keeps interrupting me: "You're not listening, you won't cure this." 5 times: "I know" I'm starting to think these guys just want to sell cortisone shots, and have a chip on their shoulder for not being driven enough at med school to become 'surgeons'.

Exposing Brett Sachs – Oct 11, 2022

After careful consideration and discussing it with family I have decided to reluctantly post this review so as to warn future patients. The bunion correction surgery was totally unsuccessful and left my foot very deformed. I can understand not every surgery will be successful. However, I was provided with absolutely no instructions on wound care after the surgery. I had a 6" wound to administer to without my physician's expert guidance. I had to Google it. The doctor removed my stitches while I cried out loud embarrassingly and tears rolled down my cheeks. No one seem to care. Nor was any local anesthesia administered. It was a horrible experience. One final thing to note. The doctor's office is a foot and ankle practice. They don't have a handicapped door. It's ridiculous.

Professional, but down to earth. Relates well to patient; explaining options for care and includes patients input for treatment.

Dr. Sachs has operated on my son 3 times in the last 4 years. He has been nothing but exceptional. My son first broke his foot skateboarding, he needed immediate surgery. Sachs explained & showed us everything in great detail. Surgery went great. Then this year, my son was in a motorcycle accident, and broke the same damn foot. After 2 surgeries, 18+ screws, and several plates. His foot is nearly back to normal! Lastly- appt are always on time, & very friendly staff. Highly recommended!
