Dr. made me feel I was not worth his time
I felt he was arrogant and dismissive. He asked a question as I was trying to answer to the best of my ability, he told me I was 'offtopic' and to move to the point. REALLY? How rude. A 15 minute appointment is not enough. At best, the treatment was a band-aid for my situation. When I saw my report from my health portal there were several things in it that we did not even discuss. Including my vital signs which were not even taken. So did the office just look at previous reports on the patient portal and use those? I had another appointment scheduled but the more I thought about it the more upset and irritated I became and canceled it. Perhaps he was having a bad day or was running behind, neither of those make a difference to me, my time (and my well being) are just as important to me as they are to him. His bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. I deserve to be treated with respect, and I definitely didn't feel that I received that at all.

Dr. Roeder was condescending and rude. He was dismissive and talked over me. And this was in front of my son. He was unprofessional and not thorough. We had been waiting for this appointment for months, and it lasted about 5 minutes.
