As a retired RN and having worked with many many doctors in my career, I have been surprised at the lack of empathy shown by Dr. Poisson and his lack of addressing my concerns and questions. I often felt I was given the run around to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I often wondered if he knew or cared about questions I knew what most medical research papers stated.

I had neck cancer and Brett did my chemo. I am telling you that he is a wonderful person. He and his staff are so loving and caring and Knowledgeable that is was a breeze for me. Matt works hand in hand with Brett and what a team they are. My mom partnered up with me and took me for chemo and radiation and I can not put in words how wonderful it was being treated by this man and his staff. I recently hit my one year mark since diagnosis and I am about nine months cancer free. I’m very proud of each and every one of Brett’s staff and Brett and Matt’s work!

Dr. Poisson takes the time to get to know his patients and takes the time to explain well and asks for questions. I have strong confidence in him. Grateful he was assigned to me.

My experience with him personally with him was very good. However, after the appointment the lab took 19 viles of blood. It has been over a month and neither my lung doctor or my primary have received any results. I have no follow up and have no idea what all the blood taking was about. There seems to be no coordination between Providence and Asante. I have called the office and no one has gotten back to me. I have a serious pulmonary hypertension and would like to know what is going on,
