Patient, thorough, informative
Dr. Jones was covering for my PCP. At first, I felt uneasy about a dr. who was unfamiliar with my past medical issues. He was respectful of my age and knowledge (did not talk down to me); asked the right questions to understand my symptoms; really listened, and provided answers to my own questions as well as new options to consider.
