Ever visit with my doctors is met with attention to details with every aspect of my life. Ask about me, my health, my family, how the kids are doing. Knows us personally and by name an absolute blessing to our family.

I've always gone in person for visits but unfortunately work a lot of hrs to keep this service. Price raising suprised me.

He is very relatable. He takes time with me to answer all my questions. I feel confident and safe in his care. The MDVIP program is amazing.

Always friendly and helpful. Even after hours. Takes time to make sure all your questions are answered in a way you understand

Dr Jacobus takes time with his patients. He listens and cares very much. I’ve seen him with other patients and he makes us all feel important. When I had to be hospitalized while he was on vacation, he was in constant touch. Not many people have a Dr like that.

I all ways have good visit.He really helps alot with all the different heath problems I have.Hes Great Doctor and the staff is awesome.

Dr. Jacobus is one of the best healthcare providers I’ve seen. He is friendly, personable, and takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns. The staff are all wonderful, and the offices are new and modern. Joining MDVIP for my health is the best thing I’ve done for myself recently!

Not good!!!!! Dropped as patients and now see he accepts multiple insurance plans. He plain lied that he was getting out of the network. I can guess he drops patients as he messes up their health. I have never been as angry with multiple doctors I have seen in my life. I wish my husband never knew of this doctor that shortened his life with a mistake he made with a med. he prescribed. Sad, sad, sad experience with this guy!!

Dr. Jacobus has gone above and beyond his duties as a doctor to make sure I was able to get the medications I need as well as the cardiologist that I needed to see. Dispite insurance issues and Holliday hours/schedules, Dr. Jacobus reached out in order to ensure I received the care I needed in a timely fashion. Greatly appreciated!

Knowledgeable and professional

During my first year with MDVIP, Dr. Jacobus zeroed in on my heart after a wellness exam. I had no symptoms but there was something he just did not like. Eventually, he found I had a high calcium score and a hard-to-detect heart murmur. I am now seeing a cardiologist and I am very healthy but this was something that I would never have known about had Dr. Jacobus not dug into it.

Dr. Jacobus is a very caring physician. He listens to you concerns and includes you in what should be done. He is never in a hurry and takes time with you. We would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Jacobus is wonderful. He listens and thoroughly explains everything. He always puts you first. He is a good Christian family man.

The absolute worst dr in America. The thought that my husband is going to lose his life all because of this Dr! First, to try and get an appointment knowing my husband had bronchitis. I let the scheduler know he had bronchitis again and needs an appt. She came back on the phone with an appt. 2 1/2 months away!! Why did she not just say he could not fit him in and should go to an immediate care place??? My husband was seeing him for a few different medical conditions. Blood pressure that this doctor didn’t know how to control like his doctor now! The worst he did to my husband...he took him off a medication for type-two diabetes because occasionally his sugar was going below 70. He put him on a medication to take its place. His sugars started going up to 300 and staying there! Every three months he saw this dr. HE did nothing for a year!!! He then did not accept him as a patient after his test came back with severe kidney failure! He caused this! I forgive easily but this??

I have been seeing Dr. Jacobus for many years. He has recently enhanced his practice to a more personalized approach. His affiliation with MDVIP has been outstanding. I have received individualized care that I didn't realize was possible. The time he spends with me is invaluable, with no wait times!

Biggest mistake I've ever made. Went to him during my pregnancy based on another recommendation. This guy actually told me to google any questions I had about my pregnancy. I later found out that he doesn't do labor and delivery often. You would think he would have referred me to a different doc, but I guess despite having way too many patients as it is, money is money.

The wait time is always 1-2 hours. Then the dr leaves you sitting in the waiting room with a sick kid, so he can go enjoy an hour long lunch. Never again!

I have gone to Dr. Jacobus since 1993. He is always very caring and compassionate, answers all my questions, and attends to my medical needs. While we try to schedule Dr. Jacobus ahead of time for our concerns, we are happy to be accommodated with the Nurse Practitioners' in a time of immediate need.

The doctors in this office are very good in my opinion and from my experience. However, Their staff is unfriendly, and unprofessional. I have been put on hold for 18 minutes before and never get through without a long wait. sometimes you can't even get through at all. And the wait to see the doctor can be over an hour.

I just moved here from PA. I have seen this guy 2 times out of the 5 I needed a doctor. All the other times I had to see a Physician's Assistant. I specifically requested seeing him my last appointment which I had to wait 10 days to get. I ended up in Urgent Care 6 days before my appointment. I showed for my appointment only to be told the doctor was running an hour behind so I would have to see a Physician's Assistant. He seemed good if you were able to see him. I am finding another doc!
