Dr. Brent Holt, MD

I went to the ER due to complications with my breathing. While the staff is certainly friendly and the hospital is clean, I had a problem with the Dr, Brent Holt. If the way he spoke was due to age, gender, or perhaps him being in the business too long, I'm unsure. When I went to speak to explain the situation with my insurance, I was interrupted and, despite me telling him that I understood ER visits are expensive and that I had been to the ER plenty of times to understand that, he continued to explain things to me like I was a child. I do hope in the future to not have the misfortune of needing an ER visit and he's the only Dr in sight. I work in the health industry, I understand how some patients can be, but to stand there and continue to interupt a patient you've never met is rather unprofessional in my opinion.
