Dr. Brent Hisey, MD

Dr Hisey performed a posterior and anterior surgeries on my back, and everything went well. The time his assistant, Ryan Renae West, spent answering questions was much appreciated.

I was called @ work & scheduled in for sometime in July. I didn't have a pen handle to write the date & time down. Secretary told me "That's okay sir, you can just call our office to get your time & date of appointment. After trying 2 days in a row to contact Dr. Hisey office & being place on hold for over an hour I'm canceling my appointment! A person that runs his office in such a unprofessional manner shouldn't be allowed to care for patients. Thank God I found out this way instead of after having back surgery by him. I'm going on to seek out a different doctor. My opinion hes not worth the one star!

Rude staff, will not return calls. Completely dropped my ball never to explain why and with no treatment plan. Do t understand it. You guys aren’t to busy to be polite.

I’ve had surgery canceled twice. Seriously, don’t go!

Saw Dr. Hisey in September never received a call back here it is December 28 went with another doctor I can’t say whether Dr. Hisey is a good doctor or not because I didn’t see him again after that initial visit whereas I was supposed to be scheduled for surgery however his staff have some serious issues they need to be retrained

Dr Hisey is a great Dr. however his office staff are very rude and hateful. My mom had surgery last January. After surgery we tried to call and ask questions. I couldn’t even get a sentence out. The lady would say, surgery wouldn’t cause that!! We don’t deal with legs. We were never permitted to speak with the dr or PA. The lady said she spoke with the Dr and it was her place to tell us what he said. Many times we called with questions and would never receive a call back. Unfortunately we never saw dr Hisey after surgery . It wasn’t worth the stress to my mom or my family. We chose to go to a different Dr.

I had a 360 degree fusion several years ago. Brent Hisey performed my surgery and changed my life for the better. His work freed me from many years of pain. I am forever grateful and highly recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Hisey was outstanding! He performed my back surgery 2 years ago and I miraculously woke up with NO pain. No pain from the surgery, no pain from my prior condition, just no pain at all. He was very attentive listening to my pre-surgery questions and his follow-up was great as well. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Brent Hisey did my neck surgery in 1988 and I was very happy with the results. Now, 28 years later I am about to go back to him as my disks are playing up again.
