Dr. Byrd examined my arm and seen that I couldn’t move it and ordered for X-rays. No broken bones, doesn’t change the fact that I could not move my arm. As I tried to explain about the pain in my arm I was told to be quiet. I was put in an arm sling and Dr gave the O.K for me to return to work next morning. I explained that I was a dog groomer and needed both arms to work. Dr said I can still do “light” work. She had absolutely no consideration for my injury, I would never recommend this doctor.

I didn't feel like I was being rushed through. She made me feel comfortable and had very good eye contact. She took time to speak with me and gave me my treatment options. She was professional and pleasant.
