I had been suffering for many years with IBS which had morphed into a very debilitating form and I went from 120 lbs to 94 lbs. Dr. Hoffman saved my life. She recognized my symptoms as being a microbe which had invaded my colon and did a test that confirmed it. I took medication for it, renewed it a couple of times and now am totally symptom free. And I have not had IBS symptoms either. I thought I was going to die from what I had and now I feel wonderful I can only sing her praises!

Based on our experience, Dr Hoffman did not take enough care to prevent infection During a rectal EUS biopsy on my husband.Within a week of her outpatient procedure, he developed an ESBL infection which required a month long hospital stay, weeks worth of daily wound washing which was excruciating, and 30 days of IV antibiotics. We appealed to the hospital liaison for help with the bill, but NO consideration was given.
