Dr. Brenda Adams, MD

Family member had an absolutely horrific experience with Dr. Adams, who was described as extremely demeaning and rude. Despite the staff's earnest efforts at providing compassion and understanding (two more items in which Dr. Adams showed no discernible interest) while attempting to be of help, it became an awful encounter from the onset of Dr. Adams' involvement. No one from my family will be patronizing Dr. Adams or any clinic which houses her services. Her boorish approach to a patient seeking care and direction was unnecessary and unbecoming of one who would call herself a healthcare provider.

Worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor BY FAR. Unhelpful, unwilling to have any discussion, high strung, incredibly rude and condescending. The many other 1 star reviews touch on my same feelings and experience. I would never to go this facility again if she is the one working there. Nurse was fantastic, wish I could have just had her handle the rest of my visit.

Horribly rude, inconsiderate of feelings. during a mental health emergency, she literally said to us "why are you here, it's not like I can fix you in 10 minutes. I mean seriously what do you want me to do?" Are you kidding, I want you to show compassion, and I want you to discuss with us options to feel better. Isn't that what a doctor is for? I would highly recommend finding out who the on-call doctor is at St Luke's on Park center before being seen, and if it's her run.

This doctor was quick to judge and did not listen. There was absolutely zero opportunity to dialogue with her about treatment options. Sent me home with an asthma exacerbation. Manner was cold and passive aggressive. Should not be rotating into urgent care clinic if unwilling to treat people she doesn't know. I am a long-standing patient of another provider at St. Luke's and she didn't even bother to consult my chart. Hands down the worst interaction I've ever had with an urgent care physician

I fired her she was so rude all the time and always was to busy starting at her computer instead of listening to me...... She always had just a disgusted look on her face and I was recently diagnosed with RA which has been the issue this whole time IF SHE WOULD HAVE/ COULD HAVE CARED OR LISTENED!!!!!!
