Do Better!
Dr. Yeary is a good doctor; however, it is impossible for her not to know that her office staff and her office manager are oftentimes incompassionate, ignorant, and incompetent. These ladies, not all of them, are not the nicest women in the world. They are not always compassionate or helpful. I have experienced it on more than one occasion. I have had to contact their office regarding errors that were made for referrals and on billing. They have had to refund me for overcharging me multiple times. Today, I had an appointment for a specialist. Unfortunately. I was told that I could not be seen because I did not have a PCP referral. Yeary's office wasn't at fault, but they made the situation uncomfortable and stressful. They had me wait a total of an hour and thirty minutes on a referral that couldn't be completed. Dr. Yeary's team hindered the process. When I asked to schedule a time to speak with Dr. Yeary regarding the matter, they scheduled it a month away.

Dr. Yeary is a good doctor, but TOO DAMN BUSY!! I was not impressed by her staff. They are very uncaring and slow. If you call to make an appointment, you will surely be hung up on at least twice before you get through (if you ever do). Good luck!
