Dr. Brandy Willis, MD

Dr. Willis is an incredible doctor. My 3 children and I have all seen her for the last 7 years. She is patient, caring, thorough, and thinks for herself. She is collaborative with how to approach issues and hearing your input. Her new NP, Brandon is amazing too and great with kids! They're great about getting to the ROOT of your issue instead of putting a band-aid on it to only make it worse. The nurse, Maria and receptionist, Hannah is absolutely the best. I can't say enough about this practice. I completely trust them and that is difficult for me to say with previous medical experiences. Most of the time they return phone calls same day, the receptionist is available via phone OR text, prescriptions and referrals are sent immediately, and same day appointments are most always available if you call that morning. It is obvious every person who works there loves what they do and are passionate about helping people. I love this practice and would recommend it any day to anyone I know.

Office staff and especially nursing staff sucks!

The office staff under Dr. Willis is disgraceful. They blacklisted my mother from seeking out care at other physicians after this office (1) wrongfully accused her of being a no-show and (2) refused to have any compassion when she fractured her back. She stayed in the hospital with a fractured back for a week (with instruction to follow up with her primary), and this office had the nerve to instruct her to call every morning to see if they could work her in. They were more concerned going over her Dexa scan and "anti-aging" hormones opposed to her current fractured back. My mom had been in the care of the same Doctor after she left her pediatrician, and she’s over 64 years old. She only saw Dr. Willis thee times. She has an extensive career with support from both Supreme Court Justices and Ethics advisors - she is not "difficult" nor "rude." This office, specifically Tina, need to take a lesson in patient care. Truly disgraceful to FSU Medical, Tallahassee, and TPCA.

This has got to be the most unethical medical practice I’ve ever encountered! I need a regular therapist (which they actually don’t employ, they employ social workers and call them therapists lol) and the only one who accepts my insurance in ALL of town happens to work for this company. But, in order to get an appointment, I have to first change my beloved primary care giver, who accepts BOTH of my insurances to one who works for the Primary Care Associates COMPANY. So, I try to do this, bitterly angry that I have to leave a really great doctor so that this COMPANY can make more money off of me. I call to get an appointment with their primary doctor who is accepting patients with my insurance, which is Medicare (80%) and Medicaid (20%) because I am disabled and poor. The primary care doctor only accepts Medicare, so they tell me that I’m responsible for the 20% (docs make less when they accept Medicaid so we already know at this point that my health is less important than their bottom

Never rushed through your visit. Something I appreciate. If she doesn't have an answer she finds it and comes back in with a print out of the information.

Dr. Willis isn’t a wonderful doctor, however the office staff make it very difficult on patients. Referrals take weeks , nurses don’t return phone calls and the middle aged receptionist is down right rude.

Dr. Willis is an amazing doctor and does not try to rush you out....she makes sure everything is covered that you want covered.

Takes her time with you explaining in layman's terms all health issues. Very nice and genuine.

I've been a patient of Dr. Willis since she was a resident at TMH. She listens to my concerns, takes time to address all my questions, and I never feel like our appointments are rushed. I feel like she genuinely cares about my health and well-being. She provides options for treatment and explains the benefits or drawbacks to each. She doesn't throw an antibiotic at everything, but provides other methods of treatment for common ailments like colds, etc.

I have never waited longer than 5 minutes for my appointment. Dr. Willis really listens to my problems and concerns. She seems to care not only about my health concerns but also me as a person and what's going on in my life. I recommend here to all my friends and family!

Incompetent system. Referrals and prescription refills get lost in translation and will leave you hanging. Great people. Just an unreliable system.

As her patient for 3-4 years, she listens, and engages patient in being part of the health plan.

We have been patients of Dr. Willis for three years and have been very satisfied.

Dr. Willis treats myself and my 20 year old daughter. She listens, explains all options as she sees them, encourages our input and allows us to make the final choice. She's not afraid to make referrals or look something up if needed and never makes us feel ignorant when we have questions or concerns.
