Dr. Brandy Becker, MD

Dr. Becker was my Obgyn - I really liked her and was very sad that she left the practice, near me (and one that took my insurance). I would have switched over but I am moving out of FL. I feel she is very professional, you don’t have to wait hours, she doesn’t chat but she always answered my questions.

I am writing this review in regards to my daughter who was seen by this dr yesterday (9/1/20) for an ectopic pregnancy. My daughter was devastated hearing the news and Dr. Becker showed absolutely no sympathy or empathy towards my daughter. Told my daughter that she shouldn’t have even got pregnant this early (she had a baby 8 months ago) who is she to tell a woman not to continue on growing their family and told her that her being on the pill was the main cause for this situation to occur. After all this was said, she then told my daughter that she needed to be back on the pill for the next 4 months to “rest her body”. Remind you, she’s never seen my daughter as a patient before but insists on making these “professional” calls not even knowing her patient. As a Dr to say such demeaning words to an expected mother, I’m appalled at this Dr’s unprofessional, unsympathetic, and cold gesture towards her patients. I highly would NOT RECOMMEND her to my family or friends. Shame on this Dr!!!

She’s been my doctor for about 6 years now and I would highly recommend her. Very knowledgeable about her specialty.

Went for an annual exam as a new patient and she was terrible. She speaks quickly so everything feels rushed, and on top of that wouldn't listen to what I had to say regarding my own health and history. She made up her mind regarding my birth control options before entering the room and would not entertain any discussion about it. She seems like someone who is incredibly inexperienced and tries to make up for it with bravado/cockiness. I would NEVER recommend or return to her.

Dr Becker is very thorough with explaining any issues I ever have. I appreciate her knowledge and professionalism, as well as her understanding when I have different health issues. She is very easy to talk to. I had to wait about 15 minutes once in the examining room, but that is common, and shorter than most doctor’s office waits. When it comes to my health care, I truly trust Dr Becker’s advice and expertise on my health.

Dr Becker is a literal angel on Earth. I was in need of a hysterectomy and my insurance was quickly running out as I had recently been laid off. She made sure that I was scheduled for my surgery before my insurance cancelled, she had her office staff at Women's Health Specialists schedule my surgery clearance appt with my general practitioner, she called me at home HERSELF to check on me, give me prep instructions, & answer any questions, and a face to face appt. Surgery went perfectly. Love her

Dr. Becker was judgemental when I told her that I was not on birth control. I was waiting bottomless for more than 20 minutes. It is embarrassing enough to have a Pap smear, let alone be judged and left half naked. Bedside manner... it matters. Maybe she should be a dermatologist or a dentist.

I recently had a Davinci Robotic hysterectomy. Every time I contacted the office I was treated as a priority and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The staff was attentive and caring.

Was extremely happy with the visit. She took the time to explain everything in great length. Felt confident with her suggestions and not rushed to complete anything.

She was extremely rude and discourteous. Explained everything she had to extremely fast and rushed the appointment. Had a test scheduled which was suggested and approved by another Doctor in the same office. Day of the test Becker refused to provide it because of her opinions of today's insurance system. The birth of a child should be something to look forward for while Becker made the experience disheartening and stressful by forcing her opinions on us.

Dr. Becker is inexperienced and very cocky! The office staff is rude and unprofessional. I was very disappointed, I thought that I had found a OB/GYN that would be convenient to my home in Tradition...but I was WRONG! Totally disappointed!
