A little over year ago, Dr. West removed an ingrown toenail from my elderly mom's toe and he did an excellent job at it. So when I needed to have 2 bad ingrown toenails removed from the same toe, I too went to Dr. West and once again he did an excellent job and I am now pain free!

Dr. West provided phenomenal care for my mom, who was crippled by severe RA & Osteoarthritis and confined to a wheelchair or bed for the last two years of her life. He professionally treated her disfigured feet with misshapen toenails & pressure ulcer/sores successfully in spite of her limited healing & weak immune system as well as listened & responded kindly when Mom expressed herself at a slow pace. Dr. West & his office clerk were accommodating when she was not strong or well enough and needed to change appointments. Dr. West personally called to check on her progress and even made a few house calls when she became too weak to travel. Mom was an incredibly strong woman in her healthy days such that getting help--medical or otherwise--was minimal. I had heel pain, sold me inserts for my shoes,size 5, I wear 8 My physical therapist & orthopedic physician informed me the size 5 wrong , return them. No toe pain prior, cut my nails, next thing I knew he was cutting out the corners of both of my large toe nails, weeks later still pain. billed as surgery. He did the cutting prior to telling me what he was doing, first saying ingrown nails, them fungus Put meds on all toes double dipping with the brush, did culture at another dr no fungus
