Several visits over the years went badly, but I kept trying.

I did not experience a patient centric office the past couple years I went here. After talking to friends who are doctors in Lincoln, I believe the office is truly working to generate revenue and not what’s best for the patient. My experiences were very poor, which is why we switched. Dr. Webb is a good person, but the office policies were different than any other physician I’ve known. His staff needs to take customer service training - I’m not sure why they seem so unhappy.

Dr. Webb is an excellent communicator. He listens carefully, explains thoroughly, and always answers my questions. His medical knowledge is superior. He treats me as a person first and always makes me feel comfortable. I appreciate the fact that he doesn't make me feel old, even though I am!! I recommend him without reservation to others.

After comfirming my pharmacy hadn't received my script Dr. Webb called and told me that he had done his job, that he had called twice to send my script and that short of walking the script in, which he said he would not do, that there nothing else he could do. He said he'd call again for the third time but that's it. By the need of the call I was in tears. He took his frustration completely out on me, all for something I had no clue he was having an issue with, then yelled at my pharmacist also
