Dr. Smith always makes you feel like you are the only patient he has while he is in the room with you. He will listen to your concerns and he helps in whatever way he needs to.

Dr. Smith is a wonderful doctor. I would recommend him to all. He is caring, knowledgeable and attentive. I would trust him with my life Awesome staff. I can't imagine anyone not happy with his care.

It is okay having him as a doctor. More attentive and listening to his patients would be greatly appreciated. The receptionists need to help established patients get appointments when they need medical care. Telling patients that there are no appointments available the entire week or on a daily basis is not acceptable. This practice should not advertise same day appointments if it will not be honored.

Keep in mind I had just visited this office a month prior, where I was seen by Dr. Smith and blood work was performed. When I asked the nurse for an explanation of why I needed to be seen in order to get a simple refill, her only reply was that it was Dr. smith's orders. I asked to speak with Dr. Smith, but she replied that he was busy and asked her to have him call me, and she said, "I'll ask, but he probably won't."
