Unprofessional, Dismissive
I would 110% never recommend this place, or Brandon Christianson to anyone. Frankly, I wouldn't even give one single star, but I have to give at least one star in order to leave a review. Brandon was absolutely dismissive, unprofessional and quite literally laughed in my face and told me, "the throat/tonsils has no effect on the ears," when discussing my 4 year old son, who has suffered chronic ear infections back to back, for 9 months and has a very enlarged tonsil. My child is in pain, and is becoming immune to antibiotic therapies, yet Brandon told me to just continue giving these antibiotics and also, "stop cleaning his ears," which are draining PUS, mind you. Throughout the entire appointment, Brandon kept touching his hair as it fell in his face and then proceeded to touch my child without using any foam or sanitizing gels. I wasted $150 and my time, only to be humiliated, dismissed and laughed at. Never, ever again.

I had several issues regarding my visit with Dr. Christianson. When my husband wanted clarity on some questions, and wasn't satisfied with the way the Dr brushed him off, the Dr accused him of being confrontational. When discussing a question of using q-tips to clean my ears after a shower, the Dr looked at me like I was an idiot. The worst thing was the Dr did not wash his hands when he came into the room or use gloves. He kept running his fingers through his hair because it kept falling over his face. Then he puts his unwashed hands on my throat, ears, and nose. I will not go back.

Finally a doctor that listens and cares about his patients. I'm 33 and suffer chronic ear infections and strep throat along with tonsil stones. He didn't blow me off like others have because of my age. He is temoving my tonsils in August! Very pleased with him. He is a wonderful doctor. I will continue to use him for me and my family and I highly recommend him.
