I got there I went and got ready for the MRI. They were very pleasant and they totally understood that I possibly could have claustrophobia and I never wanna find out the hard way. As I said in my title, it was pleasant. They were efficient quick. I was comfortable, and I left with a smile on my face.

The wait was longer than expected but each person was seen according to arrival. There was only a few minutes wait in between people. I was treated very well by staff. They are very professional.

Dr. Allen provides excellent care during my check-ups. He is always thorough, listens to my concerns, and clearly explain any necessary treatment plans. The staff is great and his nurse helped me a lot too.

Dr. Allen was knowledgeable about my situation, friendly, and helped create a path for next steps that I feel comfortable with.

I have visited 3 specialists this year, no one wants to be in a doctor's office if they don't feel well, especially if they know that being sick is expensive. I visited Granger with worrying symptoms and I only received the recommendation to go to a therapist, my blood tests according to Granger everything was fine, I had to call to find out the results, the worst thing a patient can experience is leaving an office worse than when they entered . I asked the nurse what I would do about my pain and she asked what pain? If something happened to me I wouldn't have any problem making a big complaint against Granger.

There is nothing worse than living in pain. I had injection in my spine, I can now move, sleep at night, get in and out of my car, and I have energy to do what I live. Don’t wait, go see Granger Medical. I got in and cared for within a week.

I went in for an appointment specifically to get started trying to set up a surgery for a Chiari Malformation. While I was there in the office, I felt like I was being listened to and that things were going to work out. We set up an MRI, I thought everything was going great. I get in for the MRI and the wrong type of scan was requested. That got fixed by the person giving me the MRI. I then asked them to send a referral and the MRI to a specific doctor, the referral was sent to the wrong doctor and it was sent for my lower back...Chiari Malformation has nothing to do with my lower back...I cannot recommend this Doctor to anyone, unless you don't care if he listens to you or not.

Dr. Allen takes time to listen and he doesn’t jump to the most expensive solution. He’s sensitive to the costs of medical care.

I was seen by Dr. Tubbs at Granger Medical Clinic in West Jordan (not Dr. Allen). Dr. Tubbs was the most caring, informative and professional doctor I have seen in 20 years. He followed up with me personally numerous times, even after clinic hours to see how I was doing. I wish he was my primary care physician. In spite of the medical issue, I was thoroughly impressed with his care.

Great. Fast. Direct. No sugarcoating.

I was extremely disappointed in Granger Meidical West Jordan. I came into the urgent care, waited 45 minutes to be turned away with absolutely no help at all. I told him I was on my period, and this had happened before on my period. I was also honest about my past alcohol use. I was in extreme pain and was trying to be as honest as I could so I could get the medical care I needed. This man asked me maybe 10 questions, didn't check my blood or feel my stomach, and then said the results showed I was in Extreme Withdrawles and that he couldn’t help me at the U.C. No help at all. I went to the U of U and they diagnosed my with dysmenorrhea and dehydrated kidneys from vomiting caused by the dysmenorrhea. They also said it had been too long since the last time I drank for me to still be withdrawing. They agreed it was bad practice of him to turn me away. Very sad and disappointing experience. This man decided to judge me immediately and turn me away. He should not be in healthcare.

As always Dr. Allen is thoughtful, attentive and answers all questions in a manner that is easy to understand.

Good visit

I have been having headaches continuously for 4 to 6 months the day after my procedure my headache was gone and I haven’t had a headache all week long it is made my life wonderful

This was my first visit with Dr Allen . He was very nice and attentive to my health concerns .

Standard physical. Had wax in left ear. Removed wax....friendly and efficient with everything. Able to get bloodwork taken care of on site. Very satisfied
