Impressed!
A root canal tooth was infected and needed to be removed. My dentist said it would be challenging and referred me to an oral surgeon, Dr. Szutz. I did have issues with staff. Appt was at 7:30 am (their text and email said 8:15). We got there at 7:15 and the door was locked. Would not let us in until 7:30 so we had to wait in the hall. Staff never told me I could not drink ANY thing (even a couple sips of water) before the procedure if I wanted IV sedation ... which I did want. Thus he was not able to sedate me that way, so I chose the laughing gas. As far as Dr. Szutz himself, he was amazing. Made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions, gave me a blanket to keep me warm during the procedure, and he got the nitrous oxide levels perfect before he started to remove my tooth. I expected this to take an hour, but he was able to get it out very quickly without damaging the tooth that was very close to it. He is a very caring dentist and made the process pain free.

I needed four impacted wisdom teeth removed and chose Dr. Szutz. I was very nervous about the procedure but Dr.Szutz made my oral surgery very prompt and comfertable. They gave me clear post-op instructions and to my delight Dr.Szutz prescribes chlorhedxidine gluconate oral rinse. BIG PLUS PREVENTING DRY SOCKETS and did not tell me to just gargle salt water. My recovery has been easy with no infections. If you need wisdom teeth removed GO HERE!!!
