Centura Billing is Horrible
I like Dr. Stucky but I do not like Centura. They bill me incorrectly every single time I visit and then demand payment. My insurance changed at the first of the year and once again, they have made mistakes. You MUST check ALL of your billing with Centura because they just can't seem to get it right. It will take a lot of time to straighten it out so be prepared to be on the phone and call several departments before they get it right.
