Dr. Bradley Poole, MD

He misdiagnosed my broken ankle. He said he disagreed with the xray. An MRI later confirmed the fracture. He did not address other soft tissue damage so the condition worsened and took a year to resolve.

Dr. Poole is an incredibly poor doctor. He did my surgery but barely gave me any care afterwords. Despite my repeated attempts to contact his office and have them look further into my issues, they continued to do the bare minimum. His assistant did not seem to know anything and took any opportunity to sneak out of the office. In one instance he said he would be right back, then never came back. The attendant discharged me and when I asked where the assistant was, I was informed he was now seeing another patient. After butchering my shoulder and me trying for months to get them to resolve the issues with my shoulder that is now incredibly worse than it was before the surgery, his office then told me there is nothing more they can do for me and I am on my own. I will be seeking a 2nd opinion and I suggest you skip Dr. Poole altogether and seek someone else out. Wait times are atrocious too. 8am appointment, called back, then sit in the holding room for 45 minutes.

Dr. Poole and his staff were excellent on every appointment I had there. My knee surgery went very well and my recovery time was excellent. I will recommend Dr. Poole to everyone I know.

Doctor Poole is great. Been to many orthos over the years, and he is super. Quick, accurate, and easy to talk to. He does a super job explaining the process and or issue. Would highly recommend seeing Dr. Poole.
