Friendly and interested office staff who all want to help you. Dr Jones really listens and goes out of his way to work with you, and to be available. He is great at problem solving and diagnosis, and also is warm and funny!

Best doctor I've ever had. He is never too busy to respond to a concern in a timely manner. He really goes above and beyond. And he stays knowledgeable on the latest in medical therapies and studies. Plus, most doctors aren't interested in anything that isn't a prescription. Dr. Jones is concerned with the whole person, from exercise to weight to nutritional supplements (when they're necessary), and mental health. Also, the office staff is super friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier that my family found him.

Practice and quality of care gone downhill rapidly past few years. Cannot book appointment with Dr Jones, always with assistant who run in and out of room ask him question. Long wait time in lobby and exam room. Patient for over 10 year but need to find a new doctor where I can get appointment and get doctor who listens to what I say. Used to be a very good doctor, no more. I go to urgent care and wait less time and doctor pays attention there. Very disappointed in care quality, switching doctor

Great Dr... spends time with you and is thorough. He doesn't always push drugs and will opt for a natural, more safe remedy if possible... but I can tell that he has both my health and quality of life as his priority.

Doctor Jones is a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person.

Good day everyone. This is a tough one to write because first of all I think Dr. Jones is a great doctor and even a great person I've been a patient for several years, however the staff has been everything but great. This morning I was 20 minutes late for my appointment with Dr. Jones assistant due to traffic accident, I was turned away this was not a routine follow-up this was for potential serious medical condition.

He is very attentive and takes the time to hear you out. He has called specialists that have treated me while I am in his exam room - I have never had another doctor do that for me! He helped me get treatment for a life-threatening condition, which has changed my life.
