The best
The absolute best primary care I have ever had. I am not sure how to express my gratitude but I believe Dr. Glenn has extended my life and saved my life with his gracious care many many times. I cannot recommend them enough.

Terrible service
Not very thorough and terrible customer service. They act as if you owe them something to be seen by them. We pay your bills. Remember that.

I was diagnosed with AIDS in 1995. When our only island HIV dr left, I as well as most of the former physicians HIV patients, transferred to the Glenn office. Believing that the doctors were gay and that they would do continuing education to learn whatever knowledge gaps they might have. One the first day I told Bradley Glenn that it was important for me to have a PCP that understood my disability. Two years later when my disability came up for review Dr Bradley tried to tell me I was no longer disabled. It was at this time I discovered that they had never spoken in person with any of my other specialty providers, they didn’t understand how I was disabled, when I pulled my records I found statements in my file that were outright lies. They will write in your file that they are following up with your provider.. but they never do. He made negative comments in person and in my file about treatments prescribed by other providers.

Very collaborative physician
Dr. Glenn both exerted his expertise in addressing my long term health needs and eliminating my need for long term medication, while at the same time recognized my understanding of other chronic conditions and acceeded to my requests for the most cost-effective medication to treat those conditions. Highly recommended.
