Impossible to deal with
My husband has been waiting to get his sleep apnea machine for about 2 months. I call 3 times a week no one gets back to me. They put me on hold for 30 minutes or more. I have asked to speak to the office manger was of no help. His assistant never calls back. My whole family uses this office. Very disappointed . You can’t talk to the office you have to go through a call center. Then they put you through to office and no one gets the phone If someone does they put you on hold. Then say his assist will call you back. Never does so frustrating

Dr. Block was understanding and kind. I would recommend him to anyone. My one issue is the check in and check out. Patient is too far away from the check in desk. Between the masks and the plexiglass it is very difficult to hear. Also, having to get back in a line to check out is ridiculous. Not very efficient.
