A bright spot within a very poorly run ENT dept filled with people who only have limited knowledge yet confidently tell you that you need the particular procedure that they happen to do. He helped me with a couple of important nasal issues after others had not. And we had some great conversations, wonderful person.

Hands down most patient, kind doctor I’ve ever had. He’s helping me slowly overcome thyroid cancer, completed a full thyroidectomy + lymphnode removal. He sat with me for hours answering all my questions multiple times before surgery and has just been there every step of the way. I am very grateful for Dr.Andrews!

I'm very disappointed. I was sent to Dr Andrews for a second opinion on my multiple fast growing thyroid nodules. I thought my visit was very good with him. He was a personable and friendly guy. He ordered a secondary ultrasound for 3 months later which made sense to me. However, when I got it done he was on vacation. The office told me that another doctor would get back to me with the results. They never did. I called when he came back. I left 3 messages in 3 weeks with no call back. Heartless.

Our 3 year old son suffers from ear infections, needed tubes and still has infections. Dr. Andrews is always so patient and kind with our son. He really takes the to time to explain things - I would highly recommend him!

Breif introduction on first visit, wanted to perform a biopsy without discussing it until he was already prepared to do it. Agreed to order a biopsy with sedation, then cancelled the sedation WITHOUT asking me if I would be ok with that, said it was Too much risk for such a simple procedure. Will NOT be returning to this Doctor!
