I met with Dr. Snyder to discuss hernia surgery and provided my complete medical history in writing so he could make the best decision. He said that he would use robotics but would switch to open surgery if necessary. At the hospital prior to surgery, my wife questioned Dr. Snyder about using robotics versus open surgery but he assured us it was the way to go and no damage would be done. I went in for inguinal hernia repair surgery and through neglect and pure arrogance, Dr. Brad Snyder perforated my small intestine and the hernia surgery had to be aborted. Several past abdomenal surgeries have caused adhesions and even though open surgery should have been the only choice in my case, Dr. Snyder insisted that robotics was the way to proceed. The very first robotic trocar inserted punctured my small intestine. Now I have an unnecessary small intestine internal scar, a total of four external scars, more adhesions and the concerns of possible future problems. After the botched surgery, he then admitted open surgery would have to be used if we gave him a second chance! I then find out that he hasn’t done open surgery in years. It’s obvious that he believes robotics is the answer to every surgery and scoffs at the idea of open surgery. He is a fanatic about robotics and puts that above the safety of his patients. Another surgeon did the hernia repair and so far everything is fine. That surgeon said open surgery should have been the ONLY choice. Dr. Snyder could have avoided all this if he wouldn't have been so arrogant and wasn't so incompetent. I never got an apology from him although he did admit he made a mistake. However, it wasn't simply a mistake, it was bad judgment. He used the wrong type of surgery. He is rude and caused my wife and I much suffering and anguish. To make matters worse, Dr. Snyder got paid by my insurance company while I’m out co-pays even though I’m the injured party and he is the one at fault. There’s something inherently wrong with this scenario. I’m at a loss as to how he could have any good reviews.

Wonderful Doctor and staff
Talk about feeling heard. Dr Snyder, his patient coordinator Monica and the insurance specialist Darcie all listened to me and worked with my insurance to get what I needed. They are all AWESOME and I highly recommend Dr Snyder to everyone. I am so grateful to have found a doctor that cares about his patients needs.

He is great but his staff is the worst. Starting with the front office staff whom are some of the rudest, and disorganized group of workers I've ever encountered.

I enjoy Dr Snyder's personality so much that I request he sit in on my surgery with Dr. Wilson. He's really a cool Doc...lol Dorsey, the front desk and the nutritionist are really great workers, but, and I mean BUT, the nurse practitioner and remaining staff members I experience are so incompetent in doing their job. Due to their lack of being on top of their game is going to cost me near $5K. I meet my deductible, but the surgery scheduler fail to tell me Dr Wilson dates were book for 2015.
