Dr. Brad Frandsen, MD

Saw the doctor one time. Was billed for 10 minute visit where his "consultation" was to continue seeing my current specialists. After I was admitted to the emergency room for a serious health matter my ER records were sent directly to him. The next day he abandoned me as a patient without notice or an opportunity to get another doctor. I immediately lost access to the Athena Health patient portal.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I recommend this place to anyone who asks! I have been a patient for years and love the team here. I'm always able to get in super quick, I never have to wait long in the waiting room OR the exam room, and the staff is always professional and kind. My 3 year old daughter and I see Carla Walter and I could not be more pleased! Having a child be comfortable with a doctor is hard enough but Carla makes her exam fun and comfortable for her which means a lot to me as a mom. When I see Carla she is always very warm, answers all of my questions in words I can actually understand, and makes a care plan for me that I agree with and I actually feel a part in making. My husband has seen Josh and Brad and really appreciated their knowledge and expertise. The staff here goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for my smallest request which means a lot to me as a patient. I HIGHLY recommend Sound Health Care Center!!!

Dr. Frandsen saved my finger I helped a young mother with three little girls catch their cat who had run away. When I grabbed the cat he bit my left index finger down to the knuckle. It bled, I washed it off, applied antiseptic ointment and wrapped it in a bandage. I had an appointment with Dr. Frandsen the next day to monitor my diabetes. He asked me about my finger and became very concerned after I told him what happened. He examined it and it didn’t look right. He explained that deep cat bites are very dangerous and that the antiseptic ointment could not get to the harmful germs deep in my finger. He immediately put me on special antibiotic tablets to avoid a runaway infection that could lead to an amputation. My finger healed up perfectly. He has been my doctor for years and has always done an excellent job assessing my medical condition and doing all the right things to keep me healthy and strong. I recommend him highly.

I am an RN-I know when I have hit gold in finding a great provider! My husband and I have seen him for years. He is thorough and takes his time. I definitely recommend him.

Have been going to Dr Frandsen for years. He listens and takes the time to figure out what I need. Great attitude and cares about his patients.

My family and I have not had good experiences with Dr. Frandsen. We do not feel that he listens to our concerns and doesn't take them seriously. Sometimes he is pleasant but most of the time he’s dismissive and gives us the feeling that he just wants to pass the buck onto another doctor. Maybe he is great with some people or maybe his passion is elsewhere but we don’t not feel he cares about our health.

Best Doctor that I've visited! He was personable and kind and did great explaining things to me. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

I was very surprised to see that Dr. Frandsen did not have a five star rating from everyone. I have been going to Dr. Frandsen for years and he is the most attentive and professional doctors I have ever known. He takes extra time with me to be sure that we are making all of the best medical decisions possible. Best Doctor I have ever visited, Bar None!
