Dr. Bosco Noronha, MD

Dr. Noronha himself is wonderful. However I just received a call at 7:45pm on a Thursday night over $75 that is passed due. A fee that I was not asked to pay or even told about during my initial appointment (anyone who has been there KNOWS they make you pay right then and there). A fee that did not come from Dr. Noronha’s ENT office. It came from the audiologist (across the hall - which is a whole separate company apparently. It is not disclosed you have to pay the ENT fee as well as an audiology fee.). Must be really hurting for money if you’re hounding people almost 3 hours after the office closed.

I went there for at least four visits with him doing a scope every time to tell me there was nothing wrong with me. He referred me to a dentist which isn’t my issue. Now I owe a bunch of money to him for absolutely nothing. I went to another ent doctor in Indiana and within my first appointment the issue was found and started treatment. I would never recommend him to anyone. If I could give him a zero star I would.

Dr. Noronha saved my life. He is hands down the best surgeon ever. From the front desk, nurses, and his wife I have never been treated so well. I was diagnosed with cancer at age 52 and it was very scary to hear that word. He takes his time to explain everything and goes above and beyond to make sure you understand what he’s doing to do to help you. I have never met a doctor that has such good bedside manners and he does. His wife called me everyday to make sure I was doing as instructed and to make sure that if I needed anything else to let her know. I had a very invasive surgery and he explained everything to my family each hour while under anesthesia so they knew I was doing well. I cannot thank him enough. Sylvia is such a sweetheart and I will be forever grateful for her. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone that I know. Office is very, very clean and organized, and a well oiled machine!

He removed my 6 year old sons adenoids. We went for the post surgical check up, he pulled scabs/clots or whatever out of his nose. It was very uncomfortable for a child and he was not very nice at all about it. He didnt talk to him or me at all because he had some medical person he brought in the room with him ( He did not introduce or ask if it was okay). Will never go back - he is an ok surgeon but needs to improve his bedside manner. Definitely wont ever go back.

Not helpful with my problem at all. "Live with it attitude." Friendly receptionists and the doctor is okay. Medical assistants really pissed me off last time I was there and that's why this review is here. I got an eye roll last time I walked in and I felt thatwas very unprofessional.

The office never answers their phone. They always have an answering service and that person is as rude as can be. We tried calling several times (8-9:30 am) to get our appointment time and it kept going to the answering service. The lady kept hanging up on us when we would try to ask our questions. Forget this office!
