Very Displeased
Front office is awful. Spoke with them about needing 2 tests and set appointment. When I arrived they told me they only perform one of the tests on Tuesdays, but they set my appointment for a Monday even though they knew I needed that test. Told me they could do half the exam on Monday and the other half on a Tuesday to be scheduled later. Told them I did not want eyes dilated as I had no one along. They told me neither test could be done without that, but that 'most patients don't have a problem driving'. Nothing was mentioned about this either and I have had previous problems after that was done so I wouldnt drive. I was told the 2 tests I wanted would be covered by Medicare, only to read in their disclosures I was asked to sign when I got to the office that a full exam would be required and therefore there would be an out of pocket cost. I feel they were deceitful when they set up the appointment based upon what I found out when I got there. They passed it off as a misunderstanding

Dr. Ilk is Amazing! Thank you Dr. Ilk !
I had health problems for over a year, the right side of my face was numb, I had constant ear aches on my right ear and finally my right eye moved towards my nose & stayed crossed. I had been to several doctors in 2 states and some ordered a standard MRIs which showed nothing wrong. When I met with Dr. Ilk he seemed to know what was wrong and ordered a special type of MRI which showed very clearly that there was a large tumor behind my right eye. I am now receiving care at the cancer center in AnMed. I credit Dr. Ilk for saving my life and he is my hero.

The nurses ant the Dr were pretty nice but when leaving they wouldnt take my insurance I had to pay them 181.00 at the office. They said they wouldnt take medicsre but never said they wouldnt take my insurance even though they took my card upfront...total rip off. In Florida they would be run out of town. Bad practice be warned
