She was the ER physician at Umass where I took my son for suspicious appendicitis. After 4 hours in waiting area and 4.5 hours in the actual ER, my son had not received even zofran for nausea while getting charged with astronomical numbers for ER. It was 3 hours after the ER resident and her visit when they finally did CBC!! when reached out to her to request for lab results, she was very reluctant to provide updates eventhough not really busy. Very rude and unwilling to help!
