When I made the appointment I was clear that I had two things I wanted to talk to her about. We got through the first one in less than 5 minutes and when I moved on to the second she stopped me saying I had to make another appointment. I've also had her cancel my appointment just an hour before with no reason. She seems like she knows her stuff, but I definitely felt like my issues weren't important to her.
