Prompt
My husband and I have gone to Dr. Patel for years now and are very satisfied with him as well as his nurse, Meghan. He replies promptly on the patient portal and that means a lot to me. He answers your concerns and seems to care.

He actually exams his patients. This is great as I have had many physicians examine me from across the room. He is very thorough.

This office will treat you as the news media dictates. If you take a medication that is beneficial to you and the news media has shown it in a bad light, plan on no longer getting that medicatiôn and spending thousands of dollars reevaluating what you already know. I paid to see a doctor twice and only saw a PA. Seems like a high cost to not see a doctor. If I wanted to see someone with only a masters degree I could have just spoke to myself in the mirror

Would love to leave a higher mark, this office has a significant issue with follow up after seeing the Dr. Dr Patel himself is up to date, kind, patient, no c/o HOWEVER several times either myself or hubby have had any follow up fall thru the cracks after seeing him. The office staff and heath technicians, medical assistants need further training or oversight. Communication is challenging with the staff at best.
