She’s the only game in town. If you don’t have time, don’t go here. It’s always a 1-2 hour wait. She’s a great Dr, but I’d go elsewhere if I had a choice

I might have some wait time but then she gives me the time I need. I love that they make hospital rounds to check on their patients. She is very kind.

Dr. Binusha Moitheennazima was very kind and patient with my 6 year old daughter and I. She made us feel comfortable and was generally concerned for my daughters health. She was determined to find out what is wrong with her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Dr.'s Binusha and Hashim are the most caring, concerned about your health, great 'bedside manners' - doctors you will come across anywhere in the Ark-La-Tex. They treated my mother for years and didn't get ugly with her when she was 'mad at the world' & ugly with anyone near her. She was an old lady very tired of being on this earth, in her defense. She has also been treating my husband for the past 2 - 2 1/2 years. Got him on a CPAP that I thought he would never do and he is doing well! Yes, there is usually a wait, but, we will wait for a doctor well worth it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Binusha for over 2 years. Office or hospital setting I have received full examination. Given advice, treatment that I clearly understand. Gives a plan A and if needed a plan B. I love that she explains what is happening, why and what the treatment is expected to accomplish. Dr. Binusha's husband, Dr. Hassimmn consults with her, so you get 2 for 1 doctors. I love the fact she doesn't mind consulting with my cardiologist to see what balance can be attained between both their care for my heart and pulmonary issues. Dr. Binusha's office is very busy. Usually I might wait 10-15 minutes to be sceen.I see the comments about her staff. I have never had a problem with any of the staff. She even has a complaint phone number if you feel the need. Making, reminders and when I have called the staff has even given her my message for her to call back, or she takes the call right then. Her office runs like a well oil machine. 100% completely satisfied.

Office staff is incompetent. Ignored my sign and I had to ask what happened for my hour-plus wait. Wrote my weight down wrong on initial visit. It will take about 90 days from initial diagnosis to getting a new machine. Good thing I have a machine for that wait. They are basically insurance chasers. Unfortunately, my insurance requires referral and this place was the only choice I was given. The office is incredibly disorganized.

This is the most unprofessional doctor's office I've ever been to. The place was crammed during a worldwide pandemic. The patient rooms have beds that look dirty. I would never have a sleep study there. Gross. The doctor took very little time to discuss services. I think they just like to crank the patients through to make money. I was supposed to receive a follow up for insurance information and to set up an at-home sleep study, but I received neither. One day I received a voicemail for a sleep study appointment reminder I was never told about. I called to cancel and I will never return to this establishment.

She’s fabulous

While I really like Dr. Binusha and think that she is a good doctor, I am not able to say the same about her staff, well mainly the rude secretary that she has working there. I would have fired that secretary a long time ago because she is really rude and does not do what she is supposed to do, point being that if you call in for a refill on your medicine that it will more than likely not get refilled and she will probably not even let the doctor know that you called for a refill. 5starswhengone

I'm so happy i discovered her. She has awesome bedside manners. She really cares about her patients n listens to you. I would not go anywhere else. I recommend her to all of my friends.

Wait time can be long in the afternoon, because they accept walk-ins certain days. But the level of care provided by both doctors at this practice far exceeds anything I have seen from doctors in any specialty in this small town, having lived here for more than 35 years. I hope they are here to stay.
