Dr. Binh Truong, MD

This doctor demonstrated a lack of thoroughness in patient care, often prioritizing medication over necessary diagnostic tests like scans or MRIs. Her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to address concerns or be questioned made the experience frustrating and ultimately harmful. Unfortunately, it was too late when proper diagnostics were considered. Proceed with caution.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Dr. [Name] was nothing short of frustrating and disheartening. Instead of taking the time to investigate my concerns through proper testing, she simply prescribed pill after pill, with no real effort to find the root cause of my issues. When she finally did order testing, it was too late to make a difference. Her demeanor is condescending, and she seems visibly irritated when asked questions—something no patient should have to experience from their own doctor. She talks with her hands in an exaggerated manner, as if belittling the person in front of her, and has no problem demeaning her patients. Compassion and thorough care are clearly not priorities for her. Dr. [Name] is part of the Millennium Group, which I strongly advise others to avoid. If you're seeking genuine medical care and a doctor who actually listens and works to improve your health, this is not the place for you. However, if you're looking for a fast track to declining health, then by all means, this is the doctor for you. Patients deserve better. Stay far away.

I have been a patient of Dr. Truong for close to 10 years. She very smart, but short and seems to be in a hurry and-or doesn't listen 100%. I've been struggling with weight and inflammation for years and I don't think I'm any better off now than I was then. I seem to be driving the bus with my treatments, tests...etc. I'm looking to switch doctors, but still within the Millenium Physicians Group.

My initial meeting with Dr. Truong was great. She's very smart and very quick. However, subsequent visits have been littered with Dr. Truong's inability to accept patient input, particularly if it does not follow her thinking.She is irritable when asked about an alternative to what she is prescribing. It shows in her manner and caustic comments she makes.I hate leaving poor reviews about anyone, but, to me, she really has a problem. I actually stopped her before she left the office and asked her to apologize for something she flippantly said to me. She immediately blamed me for the conflict, then saying it's a two-way street, then mockingly paraphrasing things I said with attitude I did not convey. Ultimately, she admitted she was being unprofessional. She is threatened by informed patients' legitimate questions, reacting in a surly, uncooperative manner. I honestly believe she needs help.Sadly, my first impression of Dr. Truong has turned ugly due to her ego and anger issues.

Today I went in for my annual Medicare check up. It did not go well. I am a person that asks questions and Dr. Truong doesn’t seem to like that. She was angry and loud toward me. I have been with her quite a few years and today was the last straw. I am moving on.

Dr. Truong is thorough, smart and attentive to detail. Unfortunately, her staff is not at all patient focused. After two disasters trying to get simple prescriptions filled, Including six phone calls each to her office and the pharmacy, Dr. Truong sent me a message blaming the pharmacy, taking no responsibility for the Lack of customer service demonstrated by her staff. Very disappointing.

I first scheduled an appointment with Dr Troung as she was my primary care doctor for a recurring sickness I knew I had. She said I did not have said infection, and sent me home without antiobiotics that I knew I needed. I figured it was fine as she is the Dr and should know best. After a few days, I started to get worse and very sick. I called and left a VM to come in since they did not answer their phone. After a day, I did not hear back so I called again. Again, no answer. I called 7 TIMES for 2 days and no body called me back. Called from a different phone number and they happened to answer the first time. The lady was so rude, and told me no I could not come in and lied saying Dr was not in office, when i knew for a fact she was. Ended up just driving to office to sort out problems bc I was very ill and they were refusing to see me. Come to find out, the culture they took days prior, THEY FORGOT TO SEND OUT FOR TESTS! I ended up having to go to ER. They are liars and the worst Drs

Her office staff is awful. You can't get anyone to answer the phone. There seems to be new staff all the time that don't know what they are doing. Doctor Troung was fine it's just not worth putting up with the terrible office she works for.

I'm very satisfied with Dr. Truongs professionalism and knowledge!

She knows her stuff and notices the little things.

Surely one of the best. She is professional, through in her examinations, clear in her diognostics, and superb in her treatments.

Dr Truong takes time to answer all my concerns. She provides all test results giving positive feedback and recommending improvements. Dr. Truong is a personable and concerned physician. I feel I’m in good hands.

My Dr retired. Waited several months for initial general physical . Dr Truong was very distant, did not display a level of caring you look for in a long term Physician. If asked about a spot on skin, she replied "do you have a Dermatologist? Ask them about it." Most of my concerns were met with similar responses. Obvious she had a certain time allotted, told me to make another appointment if I wanted to discuss anything else and zoomed out the door. Long wait for next appt - never went back

Dr. Truong has been my primary care doctor for years. She is consistently thorough, informative and excellent at communicating. I have recommended her to friends that also agree with my assessment.

I have been a patient of Dr. Truong's for 10+ years. My husband and both of his parents are also patients of hers. We have all had only positive experiences with Dr. Truong. She is thorough, personable, competent and incredibly kind. She has had to recommend me to different specialists for different things over the years and has always listened to my needs and given her recommendations based on who she thought would be a good fit as well as a good doctor. I always recommend her to my friends.

Dr Truong is very through and personable. She has provided excellent care for me for the past several years. Her understanding of my medical conditions and how they are interrelated has added a broader and proactive approach to my care.

I would not recommend this Dr. or her Staff to anyone, for reasons of incompetency and highly-questionable integrity. On my medical records, Dr. Truong notated symptoms located only on my right side, as being found on my left side. Additionally, I was given inaccurate medical information by one of her nurses. Dr.. Truong also seems unusually preoccupied with bringing revenue into her practice. She was willing to bill me for services neither rendered at my appointment, nor at any other time.

Love Dr. Truong! Very kind, knowledgable, and always takes the time to "catch up" with you.

Friendly and caring, seeming to know her profession very well.

At first I was able to schedule appointments, meet with the doctor and feel my medical needs were met. Within the last year the office has called to reschedule several appointments, the most recent one (made 6 months ago) requiring me to wait an additional 7 months before seeing the doctor unless I want the PA! Recently, Dr. Truong was unable to see me with a physical injury so I met with her PA, who was excellent but I do not have confidence in the medical care and attention I am receiving.
