Dr. Bindu Gulati, DDS

This doctor allowed her office in-network status to lapse but failed to inform patients. My college student was given a $221 bill before able to leave the office for her 'free annual cleaning and xray' Then Dr Gulati went back on her word to refund it and 4 months later a new EOB was given with an unprofessionally written email asking for additional $335....thats $556 for a cleaning and xray. Staff couldn't be meaner and snarkier. They won't answer questions about the bill and just say read it. Now they are charging my husband for his free cleaning and xray too from 4 months ago totalling $775 for 2 free cleanings. Dishonest and unprofessional.

I made the switch to Downers Dental a few years ago and am SO happy with the decision! Dr. Gulati is multi-talented; the practice is run professionally, everyone on staff is friendly, she approaches her patients with genuine care and concern, and aesthetically the office lovely. When you walk in the door, you just know this is a place with great attention to detail. Dr. Gulati recently replaced an implant and my smile has never looked so good. I highly recommend the service I received at Downers Dental. After my initial exam, I realized the extent of the problems I had with my teeth. I received eight extractions, and received fourteen crowns (bridges) to remedy the situation. The work was performed professionally and in a timely fashion. The entire staff were friendly and answered all my questions to help me understand all the procedures that were performed. Most important of all I was completely satisfied with the final result.
