Dr. Balani has been my hip infection for the past two months. She provides understandable explanations, demonstrates compassion, and is always available. Dr. Balani's office staff are very efficient. She is an outstanding infectious disease doctor!

Very rude office. The girl could not explain why they accept Medicare but not your secondary insurance. She hung up on my husband and on our insurance company. Extremely rude. They need y to o change their attitude.

Dr Balani is the most caring and competent professional I have ever met. She takes time to listen to her patients and will do anything to make them understand and feel comfortable with her medical decisions. I would recommend her to family and friends in a heartbeat. I recently visited her office and asked if she would call one of my other doctors. She called him immediately while I was in the office and resolved the matter in minutes.

Dr. Balani has been my doctor since 2010 when I was diagnosed with Hep C. She is the most considerate, understanding, sincere and helpful doctor I have ever dealt with. She is never in a hurry when I am in for an appointment. I, also, have never waited more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. One time I went for my blood work at 7a.m. and at 12 p.m. she called to tell me I needed to go to the hospital immediately for a blood transfusion. I would recommend her to anyone.

I am currently treating with her for the second time in 6 years for seperate medical issues she is hands down the BEST. She is on her A game on every level and she truly cares for her patients you aren't treated like a number you are treated with dignity respect and kindness. I was in the ER this past Friday and she was there with in 5 minutes and made arrangements to see me the next day even though her office was technically closed. She is truly amazing

Dr Balani is the best. I had a staph infection on a total hip replacement. She handled my case like I was her only patient. She was in touch with both my surgeon and myself on a regular basis and took care of me until cured. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Bellani as a physician and as a person and highly recommend her to take care of your illness

Dr. Balani is a excellent doctor and caregiver, highly recomemmed her for treatment. I was cured with hep c in 2011 and still go for a yearly checkup.

I love Dr. Balani !! She is a wonderful, caring individual! She worked with me through my successful medication regimen!! I would recommend her to anyone who was/is in the circumstances I was in with Hep. C.
