I am so upset about this telehealth visit that I just received from this sad excuse of a doctor. She gave me no answer no response just talked her head off the whole visit about strep throat when that wasn’t what I even mentioned. Asking questions about why I chose what medicine as If i’m not in healthcare and understand what I need to be taking. Terrible terrible experience. She deserves to have her title revoked does not care about patients

The doctor seem not listening to my whole story about my condition and then jumped to a simple answer. I do have a sinus infection; I know for years. The doctor think I have a bad colds but it is sinus infection. I’m unhappy with her service through Telehealth.

Dr. Sharma went above and beyond for me. She saw that I had previously been seen for the same thing, and helped me to ensure things were in order. She was very understanding during my telehealth appointment. She listened, provided her expert medical advice and explained things so that I understood the why behind her opinion. She is an excellent doctor. Being that, she is an intentional human that went above and beyond for a patient in need. The world of medicine needs more providers like her. Thank you, Dr. Sharma, for your knowledge and expertise, kindness and willingness, and intentional actions! Blessings, ma’am!

Dr. Lohani-Sharma is very easy to talk to and easy to make timely appointments. Her office is near my home which is why I called the first time. But I was very impressed with her knowledge and no nonsense approach to medicine. I am also impressed how she remembers (or reads her chart) because she remembers everything.

I don't know if I already did this, but you can compare response names. She is a great doctor, empathic, informed, proactive.
