I have been going to Dr. N for about a 10yrs now. She always helps me. She listens to me always, every appt. My needs change and she helps me with what I need and I always feel so much better. Go to her she's great!!

We were referred to this doctor because our medical group is at capacity due to the shortage of psychiatrists. The office prioritizes their completing their 12-page, redundant paperwork packet over patient care -- errors will keep you from getting your much-needed appointment and medication. Office staff was very unhelpful and unprofessional.

She's wonderful and compationate

Kept me waiting on video chat for over 30 minutes... Non apologetic about it... Quite the opposite... Extremely apathetic... Was very reluctant to prescribe a medication that I had already been prescribed by my last psychiatrist... Wanted me to jump through a bunch of hoops to prescribe the meds... Also quite shaming when I commented I was a casual drinker... NOT gonna see her again!!!

Horrible, go somewhere else, Dr. is always 1-2hrs behind. All you here is give me a minute every 15mins. Like a minute for what? You’re already running late! Session was basically if your talking to a computer, basic answers. If you’ve been on any medication prior, she will change it up because she doesn’t feel comfortable prescribing it. Really? I’ve been in this medication for 3 yrs, then gives you a medication that doesn’t help so I can go in again and pay. That’s all that matters. I’m done with her, I feel worse that ever, my PCP is helping me while I find another psychiatrist. She is a horrible person, always has an attitude when you come through that door. Always has her back to the door, and the place!... waiting room area is a trickster, looks nice with tan color walls but once you go in, starts looking like HELL!

Avoid this doctor for psychiatric help... Ive been getting treated by her for over four months now and today I paid her $50 copay for her to sit down with me for two mins and say there is nothing else she can do for me and that I should get a second opinion... try being a complete bipolar/depressed/anxiety head case like myself and your doctor telling you that... Now I have to sit down and think what Im gonna do now... go to someone who cares and actually looks you in the eye when they talk to you... she loves tossing all kinds of meds your way, even asks what you wanna be on... scary!!!

She is just a waking talking prescription pad. Our visits last no more than 10 min when we take our son after waiting over an hour on average AFTER our appointment time to get in .

Have a lot of experience w/ mental health professionals as a patient & employee in the field; this so-called psychiatrist definitely "takes the cake." Never once on time, even when I was 1st or 2nd patient; she was 30+ minutes late on most visits. Patients are told "You can go back now," even on first appointment, and have to find their way to her office. Once someone was with the doctor when I was told to "go back." Doctor's back is ALWAYS to the door; very rude. Staff never answer phones!

I've been with her for almost 9 years she's an amazing doctor she makes sure I'm on the right medication yes she is always busy but when it's your turn she listens she knows my family always takes her time I love sun city office An staff is great!

Literally never says anything. I told her a medication that worked for me in the past and she put me back on it. Every appointment i wait 30 to 40 minutes for her to refill a prescription in 2 minutes. Never talks and when I asked her what the best time of say was to take medication she had no answer. Making appointments is ok if you are in person or they answer the phone but I have left messages several times and they NEVER respond.

Doctor N has helped me get my life back. I am so appreciative of her help and she is always open to listening

Every time I go in, I have to ask the questions. I have to be the one to tell her I'm not ok. And her response is to prescribe me more meds. Not change the ones I'm on or even try. Not to mention the fact that I've been going to her for help for 6 MONTHS (!) and 4 of those 6, there's been problems which lead to me being off of my antidepressants for a minimum of a week. I'm going on 16 days now without any pills. My recommendation is; if you actually want to get better, find another MD.

I felt she did not listen to any of my concerns or fears about my medications and I felt she was aggressive . She prescribed me Zoloft , on the 2nd moth I tried to explain to her I was fealing suicidal she handed me the same prescription and told me to try it another month. She is only in that office once a month so even if I needed to I can't get a hold of her . I also take Ativan witch she would not give to me or help me find a way to wing myself off.
