Dr Shaw brings great credit to herself and the VA. She has helped me. I had sickness run rampant. I cried sitting in her office. I wondered why?? No on ever treated me so good. She has much work but never left me or rejected me

Does not follow up with test results, forgets 75% of what is spoken during visit, have to call multiple times for her to put in referrals as she forgets, then she gets mad when make appointment with PA and she has to take time out of her day to explain why she didn't do her job. Very bad doctor
