Dr. Bhavim Desai, MD

Made me repeat dx tests for condition I had 20 yrs (5 w/ them) on faulty equip & won’t report the equipment or allow me to retake without getting me to pay for more $$ tests. No empathy, goal=profit

Dr. Desai and staff have always been responsive, courteous and helpful. Through their patience in listening to my problems and explaining what solutions are available, I now have a CPAP setup that is comfortable and effective. It is wonderful.

I had a consultation with Dr. Desai when I went to sleep health MD clinic in Los Gatos. Absolutely worst experience and I really don't know how he is in this field. Specifically I had a couple of follow up questions and he just shrugged his shoulders and said as if I don't know what else to do. Also it was virtual visit and he kept asking did you do a specific test. It was a medical jargon I did not understand and he kept repeating the same test name. Finally I had to login in the middle of the session to check test name and confirm for him. Seriously you are a doctor and shouldn't you have the patient records/file in front of you ? If you did have the test records in front then why would you want to keep asking same thing when the patient is saying they can't remember test name but this is how the test was conducted. Good luck expecting any empathy from this doctor. He is not in the right profession.
