Limited scope of knowledge
Dr. Trikamji is billed as a specialized specialist, but the reality is that he has a very limited scope of knowledge and even less willingness to go outside that scope. There is no curiousity or desire to determine what a patient is actually dealing with. His only interest is in seeing whether you fit into his very limited bucket or not. If not (likely the case) he will pass on you.

Complete lack of Compassion
His office is completely incompetent. He is not caring, not empathetic, has zero bedside manner and made no attempt to help me despite considerable debilitating symptoms impacting my daily life.

Amazing Neurologist
UCLA is blessed to have a neurologist like Dr Trikamji. He has great knowledge in what he does and does not give up on his patients, and will continue to uncover what is going on with their body and what to do moving forward when it is found. He is caring, patient, honest, and a true blessing to have. I have done both telehealth and in person with him, I have been his patient since 2022.
