Dr. Bhaskar Sahay, MD

Dr Sahay is an awesome doctor. I’ve been his patient for over 15 years and have always been impressed with his caring, skill, and whole person approach to medicine. Most recently, I was able to make a next day appointment due to a rash from a new medication prescribed by my cardiologist. My cardiologist was not in country for another 2 weeks. Dr Sahay reviewed notes from my recent angiogram and contacted a local pharmacist while I was in his office to check on the availability of a similar medication. Dr Sahay spends the time necessary to understand whatever is required make or keep me well. He’s extremely personable, kind and skilled. I’ve never felt like I was just another patient to him or his staff.

Visiting this office is a journey into rudeness and incompetence. I asked for an appointment and was given one, only it would be 5 months. Finally the day of the appointment and I was greeted by a sad, frustrated and rude receptionist. She seems to be always rude and unhappy. I waited 30 minutes for my appointment when the nurse came out to the waiting room to announce that it would be hours before the Doctor is available. I have found this to business as usual for this office. Next time I feel like being demeaned and that want to feel unimportant , I'll make another appointment here.
