I have been going here for 14 yrs and for the most part it is a great experience You may have to see a nurse practitioner but so what they are great at their job and most are waiting for their own license The girls in the front are always nice and polite. For the appointment yes make one you may have to wait but without one you will wait longer. It is like most Dr. offices unless you want to pay a lot of money Will go here until I move out of state or pass away

Don't bother making an appointment. You end up waiting no matter what. They wanted me to see a specialist but wanted to take blood first for the lab. I told them no, as I was going to the specialist the same day. Another time they required an ultra-sound done and said I should get it immediately. I did. They should have had the results the next day but they said they hadn't received them. I finally called the diagnostic center and said they had faxed a copy a week ago! don't go here!!!!

I just signed up for a new insurance plan and Dr. Gandhi was my designated primary care physician. I had two visits and only saw his nurse practitioner. I have another doctor that requested labs as a follow up to a procedure I had a few years ago. I was informed by the NP the doctor said no. The bottom line is that the doctor did not even bother to come in an explain why, and she did not know why, only speculating. They were not busy. So basic common sense would be his coming to tell me/explain.

My parents go here. Mom changed PCP. Dad still goes here, I don't know why. They take forever to see you. No one knows what is going on, no communication between nurses/doctors. Mom needed clearance for another procedure but the clinic failed to provide it timely, got it only after pestering them every day. Just an overall mess. I think all these PCPs that cater to elders with Medicaid/medicare are about the same. They do a terrible job thinking their patients are old and have nothing to do
