I clearly explained I can NOT run on a treadmill- but I have done a stress test with increased incline. Appt scheduled for tomorrow and told I MUST run. Previously I did a stress test using incline and the cardiologist was fine with increased incline.

I visited the office on the recommendation of my PCP. Over the course of three visits, I had three tests done. At my third office visit Dr. Krishnan did give me a thorough explanation of the results of the cardiac tests and helpfully explained the implications of different measurements and findings. I would hesitate to recommend someone due to repeated unsolicited advice about losing weight. Yes, doctors need to note when weight is a factor in overall health. She did that at my first visit. At my next visit (2 weeks later) again noted “You NEED to lose weight” She went on to say that SHE had lost weight on a diet of only cottage cheese and veggies for 1 month. When I said this wouldn't work for me she said “I’m just telling you what works. *You’re* making the choice. You should know that." If you don't have a history of weight challenges about which you already feel bad, she would be a good doc. I will be working through the mental health impacts of that visit for a while.

Very unprofessional and unhinged cardiologist. Was dismissive of my concerns while wielding a rude demeanor. Misdiagnosed and gave wrong medication thankfully a second opinion saved my life! Avoid her at all costs if you value your health and wallet. Their office staff are very incompetent, couldn’t even copy my insurance card number property, had to settle a very expensive bill on my own with my insurance company.

I had much higher expectations. 3 visits 3 major heart tests. 2 hour drive one way 3 times. I saw her on the first visit,never spoke with or discussed any of our concerns after the testing. But they certainly collected 6000$ for the tests. We called them for the results a week later. Still not posted on their patient portal. Funny though...the bill was posted.

Dr. Krishnan is a highly competent and gifted cardiologist and I am pleased that my mother is in her care. This one star review reflects the lack of professionalism and lack of follow up in the front office. It is abysmal. We have been waiting for a call back on a simple question regarding medications for 3 days and when we call to follow up, we either get voicemail or told that the matter is being reviewed and we will be back to you by close of business today. Still waiting!

Just got off the phone with Dr. Krishnan office, tried to explain to them what direction was given by Dr. Krishnan based on follow up orders from discharge from hospital. Would not listen to any of the orders given, absolutely worst customer service ever over the phone. While I am sure Dr. Krishnan is a good Dr and a nice person from when we meet at the hospital I will not go to see her nor her office. Maybe have the staff take more time to listen to what is being said before being cut off.
