Understanding
On March 2023. I wanted to change my appointment from May to something sooner I received a telephone call from the scheduler at vcu medical center informing me about my appointment change..I was so appreciative my appointment had changed. I wanted to get this GI procedure done as soon as possible because a new symptom had presented it self I didn't say nothing about.I just waited until the day of the procedure. I never saw the Dr ,he didn't introduce himself. Iam still shaking my head I call that rude. After the procedure I had a question for the Doctor they said couldn't find him. When a Doctor introduces himself that is a good Doctor. I would tell anybody Dr Bouhaidar is the best Gastroenteritis at vcu. I just hope I want have to go through that again. We are in another month. I don't why some Doctors don't like to return telephone calls I just don't understand. It's not fair to the Doctor that is calling nor is it fair to the patient. I hope that I want have to deal with that again
