Dr Shah patient for 30 years .
I moved an hour away and thought her office was too far to drive to. I went for my pap to a new doctor. He stated he saw something and suggested we wait and see how things went until the following year to repeat test. What a mistake. The next Pap results indicated I had to have surgery to remove the abnormal growth. I was told if it had been addressed at first it would have been a simple procedure. I freaked out, went back to Dr Shah. She checked the results scheduled me right away and performed the surgery. It went perfectly. Driving an hour and having to wait a little longer is a great trade off for living cancer free. I wish all doctor's had her experience.

A terrible doctor!!! Very unprofessional, super rude, made me wait for an hour in a room and when she comes in she doesn’t explain my results properly and it bothered her when I wanted a copy of my test results. She said patients are stupid and don’t know how to read their results. She told me that she will prescribe a medication and told me to go again after picking it up from the pharmacy to tell me how to take it, claiming that people don’t know how to take their medication!! If you want to know what wrong with you don’t go by this doctor because she will not explain properly what is wrong with you.

The doctor is very rude to patients, has anger issues, and forced treatment plans onto patients without hearing them out first.

Terrible they have not sent my paperwork over to my family dr yet in almost 1 yr so I could have a procedure done..and to top it off they gave me a service then tried to charge me and said my insurance only paid so much I should have checked my insurance before hand ...when that’s not my job I’m literally having to obtain a lawyer

Most of the staff is very friendly, but not really into doing their job in a timely manner. Dr. Shah was nice, but she is the only doctor in the office and her appointments are not set right or I wouldn't have had to wait over 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen. If this is your doctor and you are comfortable, stay, if you are a new patient, I wouldn't recommend this facility.

Went to appointment on time, but had to wait for new patient paperwork for at least 20 minutes, then (after asking) I was told that i may have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours for an appointment....to top it all off, the staff is very rude. I left and will never return
