Dr. Patel was a very good doctor, but he decided to become a businessman to make a lot of money. He hired a bunch of nurse practitioners to run his businesses, and they do not really care about their patients; they only care about the bottom line. I do not know if this is from Dr. Patel or if they are just bad people.

Don’t become a patient here
I don’t know what is worse. The old Doctor or his front desk staff. I guess you can’t blame their bad attitudes with the way he treats his staff. You can hear them all while waiting to be seen by someone else since he doesn’t see patients.

Rudeness
The doctor is rude, condescending, arrogant, and self-centered thinks he knows it all. Don't go see this doctor.

Many fruitless visits
Seldom got to see him. Always a different nurse practitioner. until I inisisted on the same np so I would at least get the same person. He has too many students in his 4 offices, and they don't get enough training, as far as i can tell. He lets them handle appointments with minimal input from him. He oversees too many people to be effective. Most of the staff is nice. I made a special appointment to see him, to avoid the students, and he knew I was there for it and left anyway. When i complained about something else, he notified me not to come back. His own particular medical knowledge is good, but I seldom ever got to see him. He would knock on the door to say hello so they could say he was there, but he only stayed a few short seconds. I did not feel I received adequate care. He does not make hospital calls, either, or did not during my time with him. Absentee doctor. Do not go there.

Dr. Patel and his Team provide exceptional care.
His NP, Jennifer Nadeau sent me for a test that identified a major health issue. Her knowledge and persistent follow-up probably saved my life.

Absolutely horrible do not go
The complete longer version is available on Google. I really can’t review this doctor since you never really get to see him. You get a rotation of young ignorant pompous PAs - who don’t even bother to read your former history let alone suggest things do you. No bedside manner no familiarity at all. Warning if you have PTSD they don’t know how to deal with anxiety attacks. Yeah you know how you call another country and you wind up getting somebody who reads off a script that’s what you get here. They do not do their billing in office there’s no such thing as pre-authorizations there’s no medical authorizations done whatsoever at this office. They outsource it to somebody in floral city so you play phone tag. They don’t have one dedicated person that can do pre-authorizations on anything from lidocaine patches to medications that can get approved if don’t find the generic version. You come here you have to do the research on medication and procedures they no nothing

Doctor who cares
Dr. Patel has been my PCP for a long time. For all my family and many of my friends. There is never a time he makes me feel I am wasting his time-even if my concerns are silly as I tend to worry about everything. He treats me with respect and always listens to my concerns-checks into stuff if needed or explains why not necessary and that all is ok. I feel completely safe as a patient in his care. Can not tell you how many times his medical advice has been right on the money! Our county has a lot of wonderful physicians-but at this office-I always feel cared for by not only the doctor himself, but the PAs and office staff. Lots of compassion in this office and hard working people!

I asked for a referral 1 week ago and so far nothing has been done, I have yet to see the doctor for any appointments. Always seem to get a student doctor or a nurse practitioner. Nothing but terrible dx calls and terrible customer service. AVOID this practice!!! I'm changing PCP's immediately.

Horrible service horrible dr terrible pa if you want to be insulted and not listen to well this is the doctor for you. They start with a student then a Ignorant Pa who won’t listen to you and will roll her eyes at you because she makes you feel like you’re lying and wasting her time. If you ask for the Little man syndrome doctor he barely speaks English doesn’t listen either and tells you that you’re fat and has hi blood pressure treats you like you’re beneath him. A absolutely dissatisfied patient no wonder every month there is a new doctor. If you’re looking to be treated for any PTSD OR ANY DISABILITY BE WARE THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.

Excellent family Doctor. He has been my Dr for 20 years. The P A’s are very good also. One negative is if you leave a message they never tell the Doctor, it is very annoying. You have to go in person just to ask a question.
